G-41 Obs+ RA Worm Support from June 2005.

The new support was introduced to make maintenance simpler. There is only one adjustment point (5) now.

1: M6x16, swivel point of the worm block, gently locked

2-4: M6x12, locked until washer is still free to move

5: spring force control, locked cca. 1/2 turn

Note: Loctite 243 is used on these screws to fix them.

Problem diagnosis:

1. backlash - screw 5 loose or screw 1-4 locked too strong
2. poor tracking - as above
3. motor unable to turn - screw 5 too strong or screw 1-4 locked too strong
